General Terms
All customers have the right to return any product within 14 days from the date of delivery. For special collections or customized items, including exclusive tuning modules, this period is extended to 30 days.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by improper use, or contamination (such as liquids or gases inside) cannot be accepted.
Once the product is received and inspected by our quality team, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method within 5 business days.
How to Initiate a Return
- Send an email to support@mostwanteddesign.com with the subject “Return Request”.
- Indicate your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- You will receive detailed instructions, including the return label and the address of the closest authorized warehouse.
- Pack the product carefully, apply the label, and ship using a tracked service.
- Once received, we will confirm the return and proceed with your refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@mostwanteddesign.com. Our team will review your case and work with you to find the best possible solution, whether it’s a replacement, a refund, or a new shipment.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and helps us reserve the item you want.
Product Condition Accepted for Returns
We only accept returns for products in new, unused condition.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee applies to any returns.
Return Shipping Costs
We offer free return shipping for all orders. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request.
Refund Process
